DHA is an important unsaturated acid. At present, DHA algae oil in the refining process is still continue to use traditional vegetable oil refining process of degumming, alkali refining, bleaching and deodorization, the deodorization is a very important process, under the condition of high temperature and high vacuum ,through steam distillation process to remove the impurity and deodorization. But deodorization process often cannot effectively removing odor and other small molecule impurities, thus affecting sensory quality, nutritional value and oxidation stability of the refined DHA algae oil.
DHA algae oil refining technology use different properties of the different material molecules which move average freedom degree, under the high vacuum degree, heating liquid mixture ,liquid separate below its boiling point temperature , high separation efficiency, can be used in deacidification ,deodorization and removing impurity of oil.
