Overview
Oilseeds crushing machine is for crushing large oilseeds like soybean, peanut, palm kernel, copra, etc., and pre-pressed oil cakes into small sizes with uniformity and few powders. The crushing process of oilseeds is vital for the improvement of flake quality and processing capacity of the flaking machine, thus oilseed crusher is the key equipment for the oil seeds preprocessing workshop.
Features
Two rolls are padded with a polygonal sawtooth to crush oilseeds by impacting and cutting. This oilseeds crusher is fit for oil cakes and large oilseeds.
There are two types of glossy roll crusher: roll crusher and double-roll crusher. Two rolls move towards each other, and oil material is squeezed by friction between the rolls. A glossy roll crushing machine is suitable for small and medium-sized oilseeds with low moisture, such as soybean, peanut kernels, oil tea seeds, etc.
There are outward hammers on the drum, and when the drum is rotating at a high speed, the cake is crushed by the strong impacts of the hammers. The hammer mill has high crushing efficiency but can generate many powders and makes a big noise when working.
