Before extraction, soybeans undergo cleaning, crushing, softening, rolling, and steaming to obtain soybean flakes. During the extrusion process, soybeans undergo high-temperature friction and steam heating, which destroys phospholipids and oxidases in the soybeans, accelerating the conversion of non-hydratable phospholipids to hydratable phospholipids. Additionally, the high-temperature short-time heat treatment during extrusion deactivates various enzymes to different extents. Additionally, the solvent content in the wet meal after extraction is significantly reduced, allowing for controlled steam usage during desolventizing.

3. Increased Refining Rate: 

The extrusion process reduces the content of non-hydratable phospholipids in crude soybean oil, thereby increasing the refining yield. High-temperature friction and steam heating during extrusion destroy phospholipids and oxidases, accelerating the conversion of non-hydratable phospholipids to hydratable phospholipids.

4. Stable Quality of Finished Meal: 

The high-temperature short-time heat treatment during extrusion deactivates urease, phospholipase, lipoxygenase, and other enzymes to varying degrees, destroying toxic components and anti-nutritional factors in the soybean meal, thereby improving its quality.
