Steaming and Frying: "Three parts pressing, seven parts frying" indicates that steaming and frying peanuts before pressing is a major method to improve oil yield. Steaming and frying break the internal cells of peanuts, denature proteins, gather oil, and reduce the viscosity and surface tension of the oil, allowing more oil to be extracted.
Pre-pressing and Extraction: Peanuts are high-oil crops. After a single pressing, the residual oil rate in the cake is relatively high. Using the pre-pressing and extraction method, the residual oil in the pre-pressed cake can be extracted by soaking it in a solvent.
