50TPD Soybean Production Line Manufactured by Huatai Shipped to Bulgaria

Recently, Huatai Intelligent Equipment Group has made another significant move in its international strategic layout. A 50TPD deep processing soybean production line, which integrates preprocessing, extraction, and refining, has been shipped to Bulgaria. Following projects in Central America, this is another milestone in deepening cooperation with countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative, marking a breakthrough for China's intelligent equipment manufacturing industry in the European market.

Located in Southeastern Europe, Bulgaria boasts a prime position on the Balkan Peninsula, bordered by the Black Sea to the east, Romania to the north, Serbia to the west, and Turkey to the south. Its advantageous location makes it a crucial hub connecting Europe and Asia. As a traditional agricultural powerhouse, Bulgaria's fertile Danube Plain and Rose Valley maintain an annual soybean planting area of over 200,000 hectares. In recent years, the Bulgarian government has been promoting agricultural modernization, aiming to convert resource advantages into industrial advantages. However, the development of the oil processing industry has been hindered by outdated processing technology and insufficient automation.

The intelligent production line delivered this time embodies Huatai's years of R&D achievements. Its preprocessing system adopts multi-stage intelligent sorting technology, achieving a 99.8% impurity removal rate. The extraction section uses low-temperature negative pressure extraction technology, saving 30% more energy compared to traditional methods and increasing the oil yield to an industry-leading 98.5%. The refining process is equipped with a fully automatic quality monitoring system, with 16 processes strictly controlled to ensure the final oil meets EU standards for acid value, peroxide value, and other key indicators. The entire equipment is also equipped with an IoT remote operation and maintenance platform, enabling real-time cross-border equipment diagnosis and process optimization.

Li Haili from Huatai's International Business Department mentioned that this cooperation involved several months of technical consultations, resulting in 23 customized improvements based on the climate and raw material characteristics of the Balkan region. As a strategically significant project for entering the European market, the company formed a multilingual service team, including Bulgarian engineers, to ensure seamless installation, commissioning, and subsequent maintenance of the equipment.

Huatai Intelligent Equipment has intensified its overseas expansion efforts, completing numerous benchmark projects in over 60 countries and regions worldwide. The successful implementation of the Bulgaria project not only demonstrates China's manufacturing capability in complex industrial environments but also provides a replicable solution for agricultural mechanization upgrades in Central and Eastern Europe. With the second batch of intelligent storage equipment set to be shipped, Huatai is actively exemplifying the development concept of "Chinese equipment, shared globally," injecting robust momentum into the modernization of the international agricultural industry chain.
