On December 6, 2024, the 10TPD first-grade soybean oil refining project designed and manufactured by Huatai Group began to be shipped to Shandong.
 

As we all know, soybean oil is one of the world's five major edible oils and is commonly seen in our daily lives. The common processing methods for soybean oil include pressing with an oil press and extracting with extraction equipment. The soybean oil extracted by these two processes is referred to as crude oil or raw oil in edible oil standards because it contains various impurities such as phospholipids, free fatty acids, moisture, pigments, and odorous substances that cannot be simply filtered out. These impurities can cause the soybean oil to spoil and deteriorate, so oil factories use refining equipment to further refine and remove impurities from the soybean oil.

The 10TPD first-grade soybean oil refining project refers to a production line that can process 10 tons of crude soybean oil per day and refine it into first-grade standard soybean oil. This project typically includes key steps such as pressing or extracting soybean oil, refining and removing impurities, and quality testing. The refining of first-grade soybean oil requires multiple processes, mainly including hydration degumming, alkali refining and deacidification, vacuum drying, adsorption decolorization, vacuum deodorization, and low-temperature dewaxing.

The investment cost of the 10TPD first-grade soybean oil refining project mainly includes site rental, equipment purchase, raw material procurement, personnel salaries, and operating funds. Specifically, equipment purchase costs are the main part of the project investment, including the purchase of pressing or extraction equipment, refining equipment, and auxiliary equipment. Additionally, equipment installation and commissioning costs, personnel training costs, and energy consumption and maintenance costs during operation must also be considered.

In terms of costs, soybean raw materials are one of the main costs of soybean oil, and the price of soybeans varies by region. Processing costs include expenses for pressing, refining, and packaging, which are also important components of soybean oil costs.
