On November 2, 2024, the 100T/D palm oil and soybean oil continuous refining project designed and manufactured by Huatai Group began shipping to Venezuela.

This project is aimed at refining palm oil and soybean oil, with a designed capacity of 100 tons per day. It adopts a fully continuous refining process, efficiently processing palm oil and soybean oil to produce high-quality refined oil, ensuring product quality. The implementation of this project will help increase the self-sufficiency rate of oils, meet the market demand for high-quality edible oils, and promote the extension and upgrading of the agricultural industry chain.

The fully continuous refining project is an advanced oil extraction and processing project. It uses a continuous production process, removing impurities and undesirable components from the raw materials through a series of physical or chemical treatments, thereby improving the purity and quality of the product.

The 20th Third Plenary Session of the Party proposed "improving the system and mechanism for developing new quality productivity according to local conditions" and emphasized "using national standards to lead the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries, supporting enterprises in transforming and upgrading traditional industries with digital and green technologies." Traditional manufacturing is the foundation of the modern industrial system. Henan Huatai Intelligent Equipment Group has been deeply involved in the field of oil refining and processing for many years, continuously innovating around high-quality products, low-carbon energy consumption, intelligent control, and large-scale production. It has established R&D centers in Zhengzhou and Shanghai, and joint laboratories with Jiangnan University and Henan University of Technology.
